Includes all linens and bath towels with cable television in Living Room and both bedrooms. Home has gourmet kitchen with spectacular ocean views.    (Outdoors) Patio has propane gas BBQ, dining table and chairs.   This is a - non-smoking home RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all U.S. Holidays. Full Week Bookings - Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free. OFF SEASON DISCOUNTS: Inquire with reservations manager. SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS: A security deposit of $200 is required.   The Security Deposit will be destroyed after we check there are no fines or damages.   A one-time cleaning fee of $25 is collected for this home. SENDING PAYMENT: Upon a confirmed availability of your chosen property, the Baja Coastal Properties booking agent will inform you of the current payment procedure. Payments will be accepted in the form of personal check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted.   CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.  There is a key lock-box at this home for your convenience. CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 5 weeks prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are on a first-come basis.  All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the Internet.   Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or/ payment in full.  The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.  COMMUNITY RULES & REGULATIONS Please make yourself familiar with the community rules and regulations HERE.
