Designer decorated and furnished with fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath towels, television with cable, stereo, DVD, Video & CD, and two indoor fireplaces. Three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double & 3 full bathrooms) (Outdoors) Beautiful patio-deck with ‘Spectacular 180 degree Views" overlooking Las Gaviotas, the Baja coastline and the Pacific Ocean. Patio furniture and propane gas BBQ make this experience wonderful. Non-smoking home with maximum occupancy of three adult couples or less. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all U.S. Holidays. Full Week Bookings -  Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free. OFF SEASON DISCOUNTS: Inquire with reservations manager. SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS: A security deposit of $300 is required.   The Security Deposit will be destroyed after we check there are no fines or damages.   A one-time cleaning fee of $35 is collected for this home. SENDING PAYMENT: Make check to Booking Manager & mail "Deposit (1/2 of payment)" or "Payment in Full"  Please send "personal check" and be sure it is sent regular mail and not certified mail.  CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure  There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.. CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are on a first-come basis.  All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the Internet.   Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or/ payment in full.  The remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.    COMMUNITY RULES & REGULATIONS Please make yourself familiar with the communty rules and regulations HERE.
