vanity dressing mirrors, grand piano in
Dining Room, Art Deco designed bathrooms,
collection of photographs and posters
depicting ‘Hollywood’s glamour
and past’.

three-bedroom, two bathroom home, is spacious
and ideal for three couples or six adults.

large living and dining rooms. Ideal for
entertaining and enjoying ‘the glamour
of Hollywood’s past. This is a Las
Gaviotas ‘one-of-a-kind’ historic
home furnished in the vintage Hollywood
style. Please note: interior spiral staircase
and small ‘one-person’ kitchen.
Our guests have access to cable TV; large
outdoor oceanfront patio and propane gas
BBQ. Large rooftop deck for lounging in
the sun, sipping a drink or reading a
book.
Home is on the Oceanfront board walk ‘Malacon’,
in a private secluded area of Las Gaviotas.
