& CLEANING DEPOSITS:

Security Deposit of $500.00 is required.
The Security Deposit will be destroyed
after we check and there are no fines
or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $60.00 is
collected for this home.
SENDING
PAYMENT: Make check
to Booking Manager & mail "Deposit (1/2 of payment)" or "Payment in Full"
Please send "personal check" and be sure it is sent regular mail and
not certified mail.
| CHECK-IN
& DEPARTURE: Check-in
time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00
a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home for your convenience.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
In
case of cancellation, the deposit is
refundable (less $200.00 processing
fee) 5 weeks prior and refundable thereafter
subject to re-booking.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations
are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire
filled out by the person renting home via the Internet.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit
or/ payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks
prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
