Security Deposit of $300.00 is required.
The Security Deposit will be destroyed
after we check that there are no fines
or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $35.00 is
collected for this home.
SENDING
PAYMENT: Upon a confirmed availability of your chosen property, the Baja Coastal Properties booking agent will inform you of the current payment procedure. Payments will be accepted in the form of personal check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
| CHECK-IN
& DEPARTURE:
Check-in
time is 3pm or after on the day of arrival
and check out is by 10:00am on day of
departure. There is a key lock-box at
this home for your convenience.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
In
case of cancellation, the deposit is
refundable (less $100.00 processing
fee) - 5 weeks prior and only refundable
thereafter subject to a re-booking of
this home.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations
are on a first-come basis. All bookings
must have a completed questionnaire
filled out by the person renting home
via the Internet.
Reservations are only confirmed and
guaranteed with the receipt of 'Reservation
Deposit' or/ payment in full. The remaining
balance must be received 5 weeks prior
to your arrival.
