SENDING PAYMENT: CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late. CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200. processing fee) 60 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
