CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200. processing fee) 60 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the Internet.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of $500.00 Reservation Deposit or/ payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
