than Winter months, you may find the days warm
and dry, the mornings and nights cool. It is
best to pack for warm/hot days and cool nights.
There are many activities for you to consider
while staying in Las Gaviotas.

CELL
PHONE:
Most homes do not offer phone service . There are payphones located outside of
the clubhouse and the guard station. Cell phones
work in the area (dial 001 to make calls back to the USA). You need to check with your
provider prior to going into Mexico to be sure
your service is set up properly.

* Each
Saturday, during peak season there is a fresh
fish market set up near the Clubhouse in Las
Gaviotas for guests to purchase their fresh
fish.
* Taxis
— drinking and driving in Mexico can be
more dangerous than in the United States.
We recommend if guests are going to drink while
out of the community, make sure you have
a designated driver or/ take the taxis. If heading
in to Rosarito, you can catch a taxis for
$1.00 in and return for $10.00 or less per person
late in the evening.
