RULES
These
rules apply to all persons who enter Las Gaviotas.
Las Gaviotas is a private community and permission
to enter can only be granted by an owner or
the community Administrator.
AUTOMOBILES — must display some form of entry permit on the front windshield of the car at all times.
PARKING — only one car per lot will be allowed to park on the street or in designated areas. This rule will be enforced during high peak seasons, while extra vehicles may be required to park outside the gates of Las Gaviotas.
MOTOR HOMES, CAMPERS, TRAILERS OR BUSES — "NOT ALLOWED" within the complex.
VISITOR DOGS, CATS OR PETS of any kind — "NOT ALLOWED". Pets and pet owners will be evicted.
SPEED LIMIT - 8 MPH at all times in the complex.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT every home has a limit.
VISITORS — can not enter the Las Gaviotas without a homeowner’s explicit permission. Renters "May not" have guests
FIREWORKS & OTHER EXPLOSIVES — "NOT ALLOWED" with a $200.00 FINE
VEHICLES GOLF CARTS, BIKES OR SKATEBOARDS — "NOT ALLOWED" on sidewalks or Ocean Front Promenade.
GLASS CONTAINERS OR BREAKABLE ITEMS — "NOT ALLOWED" to be carried around the complex on in recreational areas.
MUSIC, TV, TALKING AND NOISE — must be kept at a low volume at all times. Between 10:00 PM & 8:00 AM the volume is not to disturb homeowners or guests. Excessive noise and unruly behavior is prohibited at all times.
LAUNDRY, TOWELS OR WETSUITS —"NOT ALLOWED" to be hung outdoors on balcony railings or roofs where they can be seen.
DRUGS, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, PUBLIC NUDITY & PUBLIC SEX — prohibited by Mexican Law — "NOT ALLOWED".
MUSIC — played in recreational areas must be done using personal headset, only.
JACUZZI & SPA — Children under 15 "NOT ALLOWED"
Daily hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
OWNER’S DOGS — must be kept on leash at all times when in common areas. Droppings "MUST BE PICKED UP" immediately. Disturbing neighbors with a barking dog is prohibited.
CLUBHOUSE USE/RENTAL — Homeowners Only
