A Kitchen for the Gourmet...
This new state of the art kitchen includes dramatic Brazilian granite counters with granite up to the bottom of the custom made cabinets. The drawers are all full extension and there is a pantry. Appliances include a KitchenAid 48" wide built-in stainless steel refrigerator along with a matching microwave/convection oven and dishwasher. The 36" six burner, stainless steel range/oven is the professional style by DCS. A beautiful and popular counter/bar separates the kitchen from the great room and there is a garden window behind the large Kohler cobalt blue sink that looks out on the charming rear courtyard. This kitchen is simply the best not only in appearance but in function as well. |

There are TWO MASTER BEDROOMS ON THE UPPER LEVEL BOTH WITH THEIR OWN ATTACHED BATHS(double sinks in both), walk-in closets and one with a romantic fireplace. You will enjoy hearing the surf and watching the waves break from your pillow! It doesn't get any better than this. Attached to the main master is a terrace with more breathtaking ocean views. Both terraces, by the way, have top of the line Agio furniture and matching umbrellas all included.
On the ground level is a large two car garage with a huge storage loft. Located in the garage is a new laundry area which includes a new Maytag Neptune washer and gas dryer set and a new 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Off the garage is a FINISHED ROOM THAT COULD BE A FIFTH BEDROOM but is currently being used as a large extra pantry.

In the rear of the house is a newly redone all natural slate courtyard that includes a soothing fountain and a unique sunken table that is perfect for a backyard BBQ. The perimeter planters have mature junipers, bougainvillaeas and assorted plants. It is a peaceful place to read a book while enjoying the outdoors in a different setting.
